Intel is going head-on against its primary market rival, AMD, with a refreshed set of high-end desktop CPUs. The top of the line Core i9 Extreme Edition processor boasts a whopping 18 cores and comes unlocked for overclocking.
After their teaser trailer from October last year, Nintendo has finally come on stage to announce all the specifics about the device. First of all, the console will retail for $299.99 in the US, alongside its release in Canada, Europe, Japan, Hong Kong and other countries on March 3, 2017.
The Switch is Nintendo’s bet in an area of gaming technology that never really caught along. A console which works great connected to a TV and be used as a personal portable gaming device usually results in significant compromises in design or processing capabilities. With the Switch, however, Nintendo is promising a smooth transition between physical gaming environments (hence the name “Switch”), all while playing fairly graphically intensive games.
There are three modes/styles of using the Switch:
Yesterday Sony announced the slimmer, lighter PS4 and the PS4 Pro - two new consoles that replace the original PS4. While the 'PS4' is just a slimmer version of the good old PS4, the 'PS4 Pro' is what really upgrades the performance. (Watch video below)
