CES 2015 not just about the TVs and Phones, its also about some super cool gadgetry! Here are some pieces of tech that stood out in the jungle...
1. OneWheel: Skateboards are cool, but one-wheelers are better. The OneWheel is a self balancing “skateboard” that look really simple and works like a charm. Tilt ahead to accelerate and behind to break. The intelligent lighting keeps road users alert and blinks when turning. For $1500, its not cheap but is nothing for the “cool”-factor it has. 2. Zano: The Lantronix Zano has been a popular kickstarter project. It is a micro quadcopter that can hold itself stable in the air and has enough sensors to keep it from crashing. I has a HD camera for you to take selfies or film in air. Moreover, it also knows how far it is from your smartphone. Pretty cool for a starter! Lean more: http://www.flyzano.com
3. Ring: When smartwatches become boring, smart rings might just be the new trend. Yes, a ring. The Ring uses multiple sensors to control your smartphone using gesture control, i.e. your finger in the air. It will be out in the market this very year for about $130 and will be a fun gadget to look forward to. Learn more: http://www.cnet.com/products/ring/
4. Samsung SSD T1: The SSD T1 was shown at Samsung’s Press Conference earlier this week. What’s interesting about this SSD is that it is tiny. This 1 TB (or lower capacity) drive is 71x53mm footprint is very small: you can drop it into your pocket and forget it. Its high speed and well built overall. Learn more:
